Elijah Lopez is one of the few main protagonists of the story of Saints Row 2, GTA4 Multiplayer, GTAOnline and other games. He currently lives in Paleto Bay in Southern San Andreas with Jackie and his two daughters, Elleanor and Annastasia. Currently Assisting Austin, Myen and Zarek working in the Saints Row criminal business in charge of the Saints Row Ballistics Division. Aswell as occasionally staying at home running his auto shop most of the time, repairing vehicles and restoring classic cars to sell in auctions or running the Wild Zombies biker club in Sandy Shores.
DIMWORTH
Life in the city of Dimworth started slow, and normal as a 16 year old kid. Spending most of his time playing video games or riding bikes with his neighborhood friends. A year later he transferred schools and had made friends with Reese and Jacob, a couple of trouble making kids. One night Elijah and the guys got arrested for graffiti and vandalism.
A few years later. Being an adult now, he had learned from his mistakes and attempted to get out of the criminal life, but one day walking from college he was jumped by those kids and was told that they still needed to do the ultimate heist; robbing the liquor store.
When the three kids pulled up to liquor store in Elijah's Rusty Nebula, Reese handed Elijah a pistol and told him to stay behind him in the store and watch out. Once the cops showed up, Elijah and Reese ran for the car but while they were entering the car Reese fired at the cops with his gun and was shot dead outside the car. While Jacob and Elijah were escaping the cops in the Nebula, Elijah Jumped out of the moving car into a large bush and escaped on foot with the money.
a few years later, Elijah moved to Stilwater, a city near Dimworth to attend college at the university there. He met a friend named Johnny and got involved with college groups and friends. creating a group called the Saints Row, fighting against other groups that controlled the city of Stilwater.
After attending the university for a year, Elijah ended up wanting to attend the college in Liberty City with a scholarship. bought a one way ticket to Liberty City to avoid the cops in his city. Hoping to attend a college there and a new life.
LIBERTY CITY
During his arrival to Liberty City, Elijah had found a cheap apartment to stay at in northern Algonquin along with applying at Labor Finders in the area. Resuming a normal life for the next 5 years.
Elijah then made a couple friends, Shavin Jit and Kojo. He asked them if they could move in with him to help him pay rent and utilities. This carried on for 8 months until Elijah ran into trouble again, one day at a local Irish pub, Kojo pissed off a local Eastern European, Lenny Petrovic. By smashing his cars windshield. They were then kidnapped and taken to Kenny Petrovic, the father of Lenny Petrovic. and had the three men work for him to pay for the broken windshield, or else they would be executed by Lenny. Elijah and his friends agreed to work for him by doing all his errands and dirty work. Elijah is then given a Large condo in Northwood while Shavin stayed in the old apartment as a backup house.
When moving into this new condo. Shavin, Elijah and Kojo notice a painting on the wall and called it "Marquise". A Burgershot Employee who told them that Ps3 was better than Xbox,
After almost a year of illegal work in the city, Petrovic was surprised by their fast work and granted them a career with the three men. But their next task was to perform a rescue mission for two of his old clients Andrew Medrano and his brother Andre. The three arrived at the building and rescued the brothers from the Irish mob. Elijah, Kojo and Shavin committed their first kill in this building. Elijah left the building with only a single bullet wound to the right shoulder.
Life was going great in the criminal world of Liberty City, Elijah trained over the years with weapons, Hand to Hand combat, driving and escaping police. After growing tired of working with Kenny Petrovic and his orders, the guys broke off from the mob to form a biker gang in southern Alderney, the Wild Zombies Gang LC. With the biker business up and running, they agreed to share the profits with Kenny Petrovic to keep the peace with the mob and at bay.
When September came around, everything was going down the drain for Elijah. Kenny Petrovic accused them of robbing his supplies and set them up on a double-cross. Burning down the Biker Clubhouse and getting them arrested by the FIB. Elijah and his gang were then given a second chance by FIB Agent Ross and Agent Garrison by going inside Kenny Petrovic's mansion and taking him out, they accepted the deal but on arrival the mob knew they were coming and killed GTA4 Corpse (former biker), Sargent Fathead (former biker) and badly wounded Crispy Waffles (former biker). They escaped the assault and left upstate Liberty, bored a product smuggling plane and flew west. While Soccermom, Elijahs former friend. Stayed behind. She told him she would board flight 392 to meet them there. That's the last he heard of her.
Elijah, Shavin, Kojo, Andre, Andrew and Drummer escaped Liberty City and were presumed missing by the FIB.
NORTH YANKTON
The plane was low on fuel and requied an emergency landing in a abandon field in the snowy mid-west. Elijah and the gang then grabbed the guns they had and robbed food outlets and fuel from local farms. Getting the plane going again and taking off towards the Pacific.
LOS SANTOS AND BLAINE COUNTY
On their arrival to Sandy Shores Airfield, Elijah and the gang took over the Liquor Ace store and used it
as a temporary hideout for their biker business. Kojo later grew tired of the hiding and left to Los Santos to his old neighborhood to regroup with friends (and Lamar Davis) for help and formed the BBE gang. Kojo recruited the rest of the gang and helped them get houses in the city under fake Social Security numbers and hooked them up with a local car salesman Simeon.
Elijah then heads up back to Dimworth and visits his father Mark, where he retrieves the old project car his dad bought for him as a father and son project in 1998. He then brings it back to Southern San Andreas and fixes it up for the next 4 months.
During this time, Elijah finds out that Flight 392 has crashed into the Pacific with no survivors from the crash. Elijah went to investigate and even went underwater to find nothing left but plane parts. Soccermom was considered dead.
As Elijah was dealing with this upsetting news, Elijah meets Jackie in Paleto Bay working at the Discount Store. He begins a relationship with her and later gets her pregnant with their first child.
A year passing and it seemed life was getting better with Elijah and his group running on their own accord without a mob on their back telling them what to do. Kojo began to get so big in the cities criminal business he had gotten lost in his ego and pushed Elijah and the old group out and replaced them with his new friends. Moving on without kojo's help, Elijah and Shavin ran into Martin Madrazo. A highly known criminal businessman in the area. He helped Elijah and Shavin out and had them work for him and his agenda. He paired them with two other criminals he had recruited from Liberty City, Austin Walker and Mason Myen.
Pacific Standard
Martin Madrazo noticed Elijah and his group's performance with the work he had given them, he hand picked them for a special mission. He had this idea of pulling a couple heists in the city with the help of Lester Crest and Agent 14. When arriving at the final heist, Elijah and his group had an idea to keep the $50,000,000 for themselves and not give the share to Mr. Madrazo. This lead to one of the worst mistakes in their lives.

REFORMATION OF THE WILD ZOMBIES AND THE END OF FIRST GEN
Shavin and Elijah decided to reform the Wild Zombies with a cut of the money they had from the heist as a way to make more money and rebuild the Wild Zombie business they once had in Liberty City. The two left to Las Venturas, where they met up with a biker that can help them create the Clubhouse there.
A week after the Pacific Standard Heist, the four ran into the FIB. Having them arrested and accused for the murder of several police officers and robbery during the heist. All four having lifetime prison on their heads, Agent Ross and Agent Garrison arrived at Bolingbroke Penitentiary and gave Austin and Myen a second chance as well as Elijah and Shavin a third chance.They worked with the FIB to own their own criminal business in order for them to compete with Martins criminal Monopoly.
FORMATION OF SAINTS ROW ENTERPRISES
After the robbery of the Maze Bank that occurred 4 months ago by 3 unknown criminals and later the death of Steve Haines. The general stock market had gone down in the city, giving Elijah and his group the chance to develop the Saints Row business. Giving Myen the investment to begin the business. He began to buy storage units around the city to collect goods and export them to international buyers.
During the business development merchandise that was getting exported outside the country was getting destroyed or going missing. Requiring Austin to go out to other countries to work with local criminal business in peaceful matters and create foreign businesses to further develop Saints Row internationally.
Shavin made a deal with the FIB to fake his death and start a new life away from the criminal past. The emotional loss from Liberty City and the past was too much on him and couldn't continue on with the criminal life. Sending the three a letter of his disappearance with final goodbyes. Sending Elijah a personal letter from Liberty City.
Myen then had information that local lost bikers have been causing havoc to the new Saints Row business in the Sandy Shores area and sent Elijah down to solve the problem. Once cleaning up the mess he met up with a small group of Lost renegades called LS Death Riders MC leaded by Zarek Shovelski.
Elijah then brought up the Los Santos Saints and asked Zarek if he could help the businesses in the area. Zerek agreed on the terms and started built up the business. Elijah then brought Zarek to Myen to negotiate the sandy shores biker business partnership. Once the two saw each other for the first time in years, they instantly begin shouting at each other, ZAREK!? MYEN!?. Calling each other out on all the old grime they held against each other for.
Elijah had to break up a fight between the two in the office. He had then realized that they were both half-brothers.
Zarek instantly disagreed to work with Myen and left the office, cutting ties with Los Santos Saints.
A month later, the LS Death Riders Clubhouse in Sandy Shores was in major trouble with the Lost MC. Elijah Convinced Myen to step in to help but refused in all matters. Elijah and Austin then forced Myen out of his office and drove to Sandy Shores to step in and help. The Clubhouse was in a blaze and both Elijah and Austin went in to save Zarek from the fire. Setting him in the backseat of the vehicle with Myen and drove him to the Los Santos hospital.
After recovery Elijah, Myen and Austin visited Zarek. His injuries had him hospitalized and in that moment Myen decided to apologized about everything from the past and told his brother that he wouldn't let this happen to him again and would destroy the Lost MC himself. Setting the past beside, the two brothers moved on and worked out business negotiations.. partially.
Trouble in Bolivia (Non-Canon)
In mid-2017, Austin took part in a deal gone bad with the Bolivian Santa Blanca Cartel. Austin was held hostage by the cartel and told Saints Row to pay up 20,000,000 USD or else they would kill him. The FIB got involved and sent Elijah, Myen and Zarek in to rescue. With a special request Elijah asked the FIB to train Jackie all the combat requirements to take on the mission.
4 months later the cartel were taken down by the heads of the Saints Row and rescued Austin from the disaster, freeing the people of Bolivia and creating an alliance with the drug trade in the area.
As of today, The Saints Row Enterprises is still in development. Buying, selling and trading product across Los Santos and Blaine County Area. Myen is the Founder and Boss of Saints Row, Austin is a co-founder and in charge of the Saints Row Business Internationally in foreign country partnerships. Elijah is lead of the Saints Row Ballistics division, Managing and Manufacturing armored vehicles and selling stolen cars with the previously bought Pacific Autos Car Company and Re-managing the former Wild Zombies Biker gang in partnership with LS Death Riders. And Zarek is leader of the LS Death Riders, creating, trading and smuggling drugs across the state of San Andreas from the Clubhouses and Fort Zancudo Airbase with the secret authority by the FIB.
In late 2017, Elijah Proposes the Jackie and gets married at the edge of the beach in Paleto Bay. Jackie is also due for another baby in 8 months in GTA.
December 2017:
In the last cold month of 2017, due to a new move by Saints Row by dealing nuclear weapons to raise profits greatly, have failed and weapons of mass destruction to an buyer now have gotten into the hands of an unknown organization threatening to destroy Los Santos and end the Saints Row Business by blaming them for the responsibility of the Nuke. Attempting to avoid National Security involvement into the conflict, Saints Row CEO's intervene to suppress the threat. Meeting up with Lester Crest again on the situation, he tells him that it's a setup and Saints Row is being accused for the Nuclear Threat to National Security. Elijah and the Saints Row CEO's meet Avon Hertz, A multi-billionaire works with the badly reputation Saints Row.
2018:
Avon Hertz and Clifford Double Cross the Saints Row CEO's and Lester during the Assault on the Russian Sub.
Elijah, Austin and Myen then charge into the underground base in Mt. Chiliad to stop the supernuke from going off. The timer comes down to 30 seconds left until Elijah stops the timer just in time. The four then chase after Avon until killing him with Jet Pack rockets towards his helicopter. The Country was then saved. After the celebration with Lester and Agent 14, Agent Ross and Garrison met with the group to congratulate them on their task.
Elijah takes Jackie to the Bay Care Center where she gives birth to their baby girl, Elleanor.
Elijah and the Saints Row meet Gay Tony, a formal club manager from Liberty City. He tells them about the Night Club buisness.
The Journal of a Wild West Family
One day Elijah got a Email about a Ancestory discovery of his great grandfather, Lucas Riverwood who was a gunslinger during the wild west. He follows the clues and discovers a Journal and a gold plated modified Double Action Revolver. In the Journal, the Double Action revolver was Lucas's wifes handgun and was originally steel color. with only 20 pages, a big section was torn from the Journal, leaving a mystery of what happened to Lucas Riverwood and how he died.
In the 1911 Tanner Riverwood and 1914 Julian Lopez Chapter, The revolver is described to have given a black steel look. Somewhere between 1914 and Today the weapon was modified once more and given a gold plated look.
In October 2018, Myen Mason left with the FIB because the FIB stopped funding the business of the Saints Row. A new unknown FutureTec business has taken over the scene of Los Santos Releasing Future prototype hover vehicles and Laser weaponry.
That means all lines of business for the Saints Row are being scrapped, without the funding from the FIB the business has no way of operating. Elijah and Austin are then given released to their normal lives with their families. Elijah goes back to Paleto Bay with his family and Austin goes to his foreign countries to live with his. Zarek is still attending the new entertainment show Arena War. Myen Mason leaves to be protected by the FIB. Unknown of what hes doing, He vanishes from the scene.
It is currently unknown if Saints Row will ever rise again, as this seems to be the end of a chapter.
Elijah Lives his life normally in Paleto Bay taking care of his 2 kids and living with his wife Jackie Lopez. Now is working Full time at the Beekers Auto Shop as the General Manager and Owner.
On his spare time, Elijah built a RC car for himself. Equipped with Emp and C4.
On February 4th, Elijah woke up on a street in Los Santos not remembering what happened. On his way home in his Bison, Elijah was attacked by 2 enemies in flying oppressor bikes with rocket launchers. Causing him to lose control of his truck and crash off the coast of Paleto Bay. He survived the crash but still believed the "people" were still after him. He was then hit by a vehicle on the highway, fracturing his knee.
The Bison then had to be towed away. once Elijah woke up in the nearby hospital, he was greeted by his wife and child, along with the doctor. Still paranoid about being chased down and killed, After a few tests, the doctor diagnosed Elijah with Schizophrenia and paranoia. Elijah really believed their were "Online players destroying the city of Los Santos with flying bikes with rockets".
Although this illness wasn't new, it seems like Elijah has had this illness tracing back to Liberty City, but was very minor at the time. He has now been prescribed with medication to treat the illness and calm his illusions of people coming after him with rockets. (Enter passive mode in a public lobby to treat illness, Invite only lobbies for full medicine effect. dosages vary. Take 2 a day)
Elijah then attends rehab for a few months after the incident, recovering from his incident.
When Elijah began working at Beeker's again, he then used some of his money to buy a car at the nearby junkyard that was about to be scrapped. it was a Vapid Dominator, a car that was used in the Tv show Arena War as a prop vehicle. Elijah bought the car and towed it back to the garage to be finished later. While Elijah was working on the car, he was surprised by Austin and Myen at his garage. Myen finally returned after his long disappearance. The group rejoined to sell the last of Myen;s weapon stash without the Saints Row company name. Even without the company name, it still didn't end the friendship between the trio. Myen heard about Elijah's incident from months ago and was glad he was doing better.
The group then went to celebrate their last sold weapon stash at the grand opening at the new Diamond-Casino and Resort.
Elijah and his wife Jackie decided to attend the grand opening of Diamond Casino and resort. During their time at the casino, Elijah won 1 Million dollars at a slot machine. He then uses the money for his daughters future and buys a brand new Gauntlet Hellfire limited.
Myen then purchases a penthouse at the Casino, he then meets Tao Cheng and Agatha Baker. Myen, Elijah and Austin then worked together to complete the criminal tasks the Casino Ceo's proposed. Fighting against Avery Duggan and his Men. The Group finally kill Avery on the Highway while he was escaping from the ranch. The Casino was then saved, purchased by Thornton Duggan.
Shavin then arrives in Los Santos again to hang out with the group at the Casino and their new penthouse. When the four met up at the rooftop bonfire. Shavin asked the group what happened inside Mt. Chiliad during the Nuke launch. The scene then queues to a flashback to the final mission of the heist. After the flashback, the night ends on the rooftop of the Casino.
Back home at beekers, Elijah uses some of his money towards the Prop Tv show vehicle and transformed it into the real thing, a apocalyptic dominator gt. Naming it the Mijolnir.
During this time, the remaining funds from the Saints Row offshore accounts have finally became available. Giving Elijah and Myen money from their offshore for use in Los Santos.
First Car Reunited
While sitting at home, Elijah saw a ad on the internet, It was a License plate search engine. Elijah decided it would be funny to search up his old nebula from Dimworth. The vehicle came up, last located at the junkyard in Blaine County. Elijah immediately went to investigate. When Elijah found the car all beat up, the guy who owned it refused to sell it. Elijah then wrote him a 10k check and the guy just stared in shock holding the check. Elijah then took the keys and brought it back to his garage.
The Offshore Funds and Reboot of Saints Row
Near the end of August, Elijah gets notified by Austin that the Saints Row Offshore funds from the Heist become available to claim for use in Los Santos. Elijah informs Myen about the news and they discuss in his office on ways to finance it to the business, they invest in cargo again. Elijah restarts S.R Ballistics by redistributing weapons from the bunker and using the nightclub business to distribute and collect the product with the support from the WZG and LSDR product.
Once again the business is back together and reunited, and with the new funds the business is finally running on its own.
While the business production escalated. Myen used some side money to open up a Arcade with the help of Jimmy de Santa in East Los Santos. Meanwhile in December, the Saints Row CEO's get a phonecall from Lester Crest about another Job, robbing the brand new famous Diamond Casino and Resort. The group collect the required material for the job
On the morning of December 14th, the group move in on the raid. The Ceo's go in as Bugstar's employees but the operation goes south as they get caught near the safe entrance. They raid and leave the casino with 1 million dollars for their first attempt. The news reports in about the robbery, Lester then recommends they hit hard the next day strong while their security is weak.
The next morning the group go in geared up with body armor and go in guns blazing for a successful raid of 1.6 million. News channels blare with a second robbery of the famous casino, now deemed unsafe to the public until further security upgrades. The casino locks in trading chips and closes down with top security guarding the resort.
Wild West Journal Part 2
A serial killer threatens Elijah and his family, giving clues saying how Elijah's bloodline must end and Elijah's grandfather interfered with the killers work. Elijah solves the killers tracks and kills him. Receiving a civil war revolver that was used by Lucas Riverwood during his time.
The Drag Picador
While working at his shop in Paleto Bay. A old man came in with a rare old Cheval Picador, He said that he used to perform drag races with it but had no need for it anymore, he heard about my shop in the area and was wondering if i'd want to buy it off of him. The picador had full race sticky drag tires all around with wide tires in the back. Elijah was automatically intrested and ask the man how he heard of his shop. The old man told him that his father recommended it to him and told him to surprise
him as a early birthday present.
Elijah was excited to hear about that but denied the free gift, instead he paid the man what it was worth and thanked him for the rare vehicle. Elijah did some minor repairs on the vehicle and took it out on the road to showoff at car meets and for fun.
Cayo Perico
Things have gotten quiet this year due to a virus outbreak during the year. So the trio stayed home most of the year spending time with their families and maintaining the business during the economic times.
As late december rolled around, they got a new message from Martin Madrazo's son Miguel Madrazo. From here the Saints Row made a deal to help him rob a cartel island that used to be under control of Austin Walkers international franchise, which is the reason why Myen agreed to rob the island. Elijah used the business's funds to purchase a submarine from a russian man named Pavel. They were then escorted to a private jet undercover.
As they arrived on the island. a party was going on, they sneaked out of the party and took pictures for intel on the location of supples and left the island.
the three collected the nessessary supplies needed to raid the island. They flew in by plane and skydived onto the tropical paradise. at first everything was going well until they were spotted! They went into the compound guns blazing and got out with the gold and supplies Miguel needed. It was a success.
Later that week, Pavel came up with the idea of hitting the island again. This time the group went back once more, but with firepower. They embarked on their 1 week trip inside the submarine to the island and attacked from the water. They grabbed all the gold and cash they could and got away by the skin of their teeth!
Another new calm year as the Saints Row business and it's CEO's continue to strive in the world, relationships both domestic and foreign continue to strive. Everything goes well as the days go on. Elijah gives his Kotsaka to Zarek, who continues to put more upgrades in the submarine. Adding new radar features that can discover sunken supplies worth money.
Shavin and the Mysterious Encounters
In late 2020 and early 2021, Shavin was suspected of spying on the Saints Row business by several loyal Saints Row guards and members. A private eye was hired to counter these rumor's and gathered enough evidence that what was witnesses was in-fact true. Shavin was gathering Intel on the Saints Row's business and was reporting it to Unknown Agents. Elijah was confronted with this evidence and had to confront him about this himself.
In April, Shavin was called to come visit the Saints Row Headquarters and was occumpanied by several agents. Shavin's new partner, a female Agent was talking for him. Elijah Confronted him on this Info and the Agent became hostile with the CEO's in the Room. They drew guns and left the building with Shavin. The Saints Row CEO's were furious of this new information and ordered a bounty on Shavin's head. Elijah strictly ordered to keep away from these people until we have more info on who they are.
During the summer heat of 2021. The pandemic began to cool down and the price of vehicle imports began to drop. Causing a surge of vehicles to be sold and distributed across Los Santos. The Street racing scene from the early-2000s began to make a comeback with constant street racing during these summer nights. As Elijah was wondering the streets, Someone complemented his car and told him about the car meets that have been going on around the city. Elijah Attends the meet and is greeted by a couple street racers. This gives Elijah an Idea to take on the raging street racing hype and start a Auto Shop in Los Santos, Saints Row Auto Shop.

The Saints Row Ceo's open up a few around town. During the meantime, Elijah met up with a old friend who was visiting Los Santos during the car meets, Cristian Rodriguez.
During September. Elijah, Zarek, Myen and Austin were at the casino when Elijah runs into someone he hasn't seen in seven years. Soccermom is alive... he freaks out in silence. The CEO's stared in confusion. One of the few lasting members from the Wild Zombies Gang from Liberty City.
He continues to hang out with the group and her at the Casino. As evening closes in, her car breaks down. He offers to get her car fixed while he drives her home. She tells him she missed the flight and moved with her parents in upper liberty state for 7 years until she decided to move out to San Andreas, remembered that Elijah was in Los Santos last time they said they were going.
As Elijah drives her to her house in Harmony, he drops her off and drives back home.

The year 2022 was a calm year for the Saints, Business flowed as usual. Elijah stays at home with the family most of the time. Myen on vacation and Austin out in other countries maintaining the business outside the United States.
Vice City
However. during his journeys, Austin recently has visited Vice City in Leonida to do business and had informed us that the money there seems to be promising within that area but warns us to look more into the area there because things can go wrong really fast if we don't know the businesses or people there. As for now, if all goes well this would be the First new location setup for the Saints Row in another part of the United States. (GTA6)
An Agent ULP gets in contact with The Saints Row business telling them that he will be taking over their files from the FIB and sworning them into the IAA as official IAA agents.
While Shipments are going in and out of the city, some continue to mysteriously disappear for unknown reasons. Huge amounts of shipment. The Saints track the supplies all the way to San Fierro where the enemy operation is located. The operation was identified to be a Local operation known as Kianna's mafia. The Saints Row begin preparing to head out, as they step out the office to go, a hit squad pulls up to ambush them. The Saints go to their SUV's and drive off to San Fierro.
Upon arrival. The group gets attacked across the streets as they approach the operation building. They wipe out the operation as well as taking out the head leader, Kianna. Unfortunately Shavin was nowhere to be found in the firefight. They leave the scene before the city police begin storming the area.
Elijah enrolls into the San Andreas Highway Patrol to gain a information foothold on drug traffic coming in and out of the state. He is issued on of the newly Bravado Gauntlet Police pursuit vehicles.
Elijah and the CEO's meet Vincent Effenburger again, the guard from the Diamond Casino. He gives them inside on the Cluckin Bell Cartel that have been moving product in and out of Paleto Bay.
